To qualify you must have a home that will fit into one of our 5 available spaces and your home can be no older than a 1992 model, a City of Fountain requirement.  Our 5 available spaces are:

    #8, single-wide up to 68' long

    #52, single-wide up to 66' long

    #58, single-wide up to 66' long

    #66, single-wide up to 52' long

    #75, single-wide up to 66' long

We will offer you a space for 90 days rent-free to get your home moved, set up and sold.  Once your home buyer is approved by park management and signs a lease we will cut you a check for $3000.

Once these spaces are taken we will no longer be able to make this offer.
